Dense, featureless clouds blanketed the Raleigh area this morning, so here's a stand-in shot from my archive... from just over a year ago, on Oct 24, 2008... never saw the sun that morning, either, but the hot pink glow on the horizon during twilight gave ample evidence of its presence (far better viewed large on black). Sweet!
