The Raleigh area was treated to a second spectacular sunrise event... and a bona fide flamer... in as many days. With so many different and dramatic views, picking a favorite is not easy... but pick I have - the mid-twilight view, above (and better large on black). Below are equally pleasing views from early and late twilight and at sunrise proper (all better here, here and here). Wonderful show!

ALL terrific! I will make the comment that I especailly like the reflections of color off of roof surfaces in the first one. Bravo.
