The dry, clear air and a few well-placed clouds combined to offer a very special view at sunrise proper in the Raleigh area, seen above (better large on black). But then... the mid-twilight view, 15 minutes earlier, below, was also pretty wonderful (and also better LOB). One thing for sure: both were mighty sweet!
