Plentiful cloud cover in the Raleigh area this morning offered strong solar filtering and allowed for a glare-free view of the risen sun, above (and better large on black). The view during late twilight, 30 minutes earlier, below (also better LOB), featured some broad, diffuse cloud shadows and pastels. Sweet!
